We started because small businesses deserved better IT support
Big IT companies focus on big clients. That left a lot of small business owners stuck -- paying too much, waiting too long, and never quite getting a straight answer. We built My Computer Hero to change that.
My Computer Hero was founded by people who grew up fixing computers for friends and family -- and eventually realized that small business owners needed that same kind of honest, straightforward help. Not a sales pitch. Not a service contract with 40 pages of fine print. Just someone who actually shows up and fixes the problem.
Today we serve small businesses across Calgary and Alberta. Our clients range from solo operators to teams of 50. What they all have in common: they want technology that works, and a partner they can actually trust.
We are not trying to be the biggest IT company. We are trying to be the best one for the clients we serve.
